There are 15 different cars I need created from sample images.

 

Fair use of creative expression is allowed to give the each car a character with eyes and mouth. The image will be required for static placement only at this stage.

 

Ideally I would like to images in Illustrator or EPS format as Vector Files for any potential modifications however PSD or Jpeg will be suitable but must be at least 2000pixels wide or High Definition.
